Due to technical issues, you can not change specific areas of your registration. If your email address or other information has changed, you must register again by clicking on the Fan Club sign up area and filling in all of the information on the registration ’sheet’.
There will be a start time in the email you receive. We suggest that you log in as soon as the sale begins.
As soon as we get any new presale details, we will send you an email advising you of the concert dates and locations and the dates and times of when the presales will begin. All you have to do is ensure that you are a registered Diana Krall Fan Club member. We will send you your username and password so that you can purchase your concert tickets as soon as the presale begins. It’s that simple!
Tickets will be shipped 10 business days (approximately 2 weeks) before the event date. If you have not received your tickets one week prior to the event date, please email tix@musictoday.com immediately. Non–delivery claims must be made no later than 48 hours prior to a weekday event and no later than Thursday evening prior for a weekend event. Day of show and weekend requests for assistance cannot be honored and no refunds will be made. Note: UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes.
If an order is refused at the time of delivery and the tickets are returned to Musictoday, LLC, these tickets will be placed at will–call at the location of the event under the name of the original ticket buyer. Only the individual who placed the order may pick up the tickets.
Due to the high volume of similar letters we receive from people wishing to have an original autograph from Diana, we are unable to honour this type of request. It would simply be impossible for Diana to personally sign everything and still have time to create and perform the music she loves.

You will receive an 8 x 10 publicity photo of Diana that contains a digitally reproduced signature.
If you write to The Diana Krall Fan Club, we would appreciate it if you could send us a 9 x 12 envelope stamped envelope along with your request. Please do not send us U.S. stamps as they are not valid for packages coming from Canada. Your post office can provide you with international coupons. Exact postage varies, but we will do everything possible to get your photo to you, so please ask your post office to provide you with the minimum postage.
While Diana appreciates the thought, we have received so much of this kind of material in the past that we can no longer accept it. This includes lyrics, demo tapes, sheet music, etc...

This question gets asked a lot. So many people attend concerts as part of a celebration of a special occasion such as a birthday or anniversary and so we cannot ask Diana to do this.
