Due to technical issues, you can not change specific areas of your registration. If your email address or other information has changed, you must register again by clicking on the Fan Club sign up area and filling in all of the information on the registration ‘sheet’.
There will be a start time in the email you receive. We suggest that you log in as soon as the sale begins.
As soon as we get any new presale details, we will send you an email advising you of the concert dates and locations and the dates and times of when the presales will begin. All you have to do is ensure that you are a registered Diana Krall Fan Club member. We will send you your username and password so that you can purchase your concert tickets as soon as the presale begins. It’s that simple!
